I recently put together a new hunting rifle with one of the new Paradigm Carbon barrels. It came as a barrelled action with a Zermatt TL3, a 26” Paradigm Carbon barrel, in 6.5 PRC, chambered and installed by Patriot Valley Arms. When it arrived I tossed it on my KRG Whiskey 3, took it to the range to break in the barrel. Within the first 10 rounds through the barrel I was really impressed. With factory ammo (Hornady Precision Hunter) the rifle shoots really consistently and produces since digit SD’s (standard deviation) and ES’s (extreme spread) The picture below is rounds 4 through 8 of the brand new barrel.

The barrel now has 60 round on it and it continues to shoot extremely well. I have had no problem getting consistent impacts all the way out to 1000 meters. The Paradigm barrel on the Zermatt TL3 and Manners EH-1A is my perfect hunting rig.

The carbon fibre on the barrel is a woven style carbon fibre with a paradigm light varmint contour. Paradigm Carbons use Rock Creek barrels as their liners.
